either the front board, PH unit or PRCB are faulty, i'd check all connections 1st

That is a very UN-common trouble code which is most likely a false code. Have you tried to reset code by turning machine off and back on with "main" switch inside front door?

Or try this:

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the YELLOW Reset key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset] on screen after a while.
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

If reset doesn't work see what the other poster wrote.
