KM-C450i Stuck on Recover Data screen

    Hello experts,
Hope all is well with you.
I have a new KM-C450i that I have taken out the CPUB to another machine. Then I fixed a new CPUB on the machine (the new one) and followed the instructions in the Service Manual, corrected Machine / Type (they were on FF), restarted the machine and did not get error code C-D3C0. The machine immediately showed Recover Data and got stuck on the screen. Then I can not press the Recover Data button, and the machine restarts itself in 10 seconds.
I have tried installing several F.W version Mass-Production programs G00-RE, G00-RF and Special Program GG3-RE but it did not help.
I have driven the Reset Tool, the diagnosis and recovery tool for bootup issue and i have got OK for both SPI-Flash check and SSD/MicroSD check.
    Could you help me?
    Thanks in advance.

Yeah I have a C360i with same issue. Sent CPU to Hytec for repair and was unrepairable, so I had to buy a refurbished one from them. When I get it will install and report back.

On another note, this fiasco with Kon/Min CPU & storage going bad has me really thinking hard about switching OEM's to Canon or Kyocera. There is no excuse for this poor design! If you want to piss off customers sell them a machine that can crash at anytime and need serious repairs. It's one thing if quality is off or machine is jamming from one of the trays, etc, but at least the customer can still use the machine. If Kon/Min don't get this right soon they are going to lose a lot of customers! Maybe it will be corrected with the new "1" series.......

*Go back to to using a HDD !!!!

That's why I haven't sold and 0i series yet. My newest machine in the field is the 8 series. We all seem to hope these issues will be fixed with the 1i series. Not holding my breath.

I tried to stay with 8 series as long I could because of all the issues I was hearing with the "i" series. But they started to show up less and less at off lease warehouse so had no choice but to start selling the "i" series. The 8's were ok but Kon/Min best machine was the 4 series.
