Bizhub C360i error code C-6102

Hi Folks,
customer from us get a error code C-6102 on C360i. Seems scanner cant find home position. We will go there on Thursday. Any advice?

Likely the rubber belt that drives the scanner bar, I keep a stock of the Timing Belts in my van. These machines eat them.
When you replace it, make sure that the motor and the guide plates are lined up correctly as there was an issue with them being out of line which causes excessive wear on the belt.
You can see if it has been rubbing as the metal chassis under the belt will be covered in flaked/powdered belt material.
