    Hello guys and gals,

I worked on a copier today where they were having this image issue. Now, initially I thought it was the transfer belt cleaning blade, so I replaced the belt. Boss suggested I try changing the drum. What do you guys think?

I've seen that before. Cleaning blade in the drum is sticking to the drum surface when the drum jogs backwards ever so slightly after a job (to get the waste toner to drop off the edge of the cleaning blade). When the machine does it's next job, the blade flips back into place leaving a little bit of waste toner behind that then shows up on the first page of that run.
