    What's the problem?
    A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
    Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

      some areas of the screen are not that responsive. Is this like the old days we just have to replace the entire panel?

        It's weird on those. you push menu, counter, display keypad, stop, clear (the C button below the 0) 1166 and then you push the start button (the start button does not turn blue, it will look greyed out, but push it anyway). It should come up with a screen saying it is calibrating. Wait more than 30 seconds and turn off/on.

          How to calibrate the touch screen

          How to calibrate the touch screen?

          There are two different methods to calibrate the touch screen on an MFP.
          1. Panel Calibration by manual operation:
          a. Press [Menu] -> [Counter] -> [Display Keypad].
          b. Press Stop -> Clear -> 1 -> 1 -> 6 -> 6 -> Start key, then calibration starts.
          c. After 30 seconds, turn OFF the main power switch.
          2. Panel Calibration by using USB memory:
          a. Connect the USB memory containing the MFP firmware data to the service port.
          For information on how to store the firmware data into a USB memory, refer to “J.2. USB memory”.
          b. While pressing the ‘Reset’ key, turn the main power switch ON.
          c. As the calibration screen appears, press the Start key, perform calibration and wait for a while.
          d. Confirm that the completion message. Touch [Close].
          e. Turn OFF the main power switch, and remove the USB memory.
