    C300i Offsetting randomly

C300i very randomly offsetting images looks like fuser not at temp, firmware version pic attached, have done the engine dipsw settings for the fuser. Any further thoughts? Power save settings? Replaced the fuser twice under warranty, reluctant to do so again.

    Any assistance is appreciated.
    Regards!

I am constantly changing ovens. The oven is a really chronic problem with these machines. The writing on the paper is getting erased. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?

Dis you put new style fusers?
What about raising the fuser temperature a bit?

Agree you need a new style fuser. This is a very common issue.

I'm always having fusing issues with the lower-end i-series machines (250i-360i). Usually increasing the fuser temperature solves it.

New style fuser is installed, found a bulletin regarding an engine dipsw as well (not the ones included in the box with the new fuser) trying that before bumping temp, fingers crossed its very intermittent. (Engine DIP sw 43 to ON was off)
            Regards.

Thank you for all of your input.

I have exactly the same problem.

A month ago, I replaced the fuser on a Bizhub C300i with about 430k on the counter because the toner was no longer fusing properly. (Specification 800k)

I replaced it with a new type, made the modifications, and set switches 12 and 40.
Yesterday, the customer called to say that the toner wasn't fusing properly; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Now I have a test running with the switch 35(fusibility strenght). Let's see if that's enough.
If doesn't work then we have the options from fusing warmup mode / and several more switches 43/44/57

Cust called back after my lastest change so I bumped the fuser temp +5 deg and disabled sleep because apparently it was happening when it woke up but not after fully warming I am awaiting further input from this particular client and will keep y'all posted.
