Konica Minolta C4070 W/SD513 - Max Number of Sheets folded/stapled

Hi Guys,

Konica MInolta C4070 + SD513

does anyone know the correct dipswitch to increase the amount the SD513 can folder/staple?

i thought it was 60-3-0 but the machine was already defaulted to that

user is trying to use 120gsm A3 fold and stapled 24 pages in total (believe max is 20 on this gram) and the machine wont accept it

Here are the specs at default settings. I highly recommend not setting it up to run more than the default. If you set it to run more than the default you are asking for trouble as the machine ages . Is the customer trying to run 24 sheets or a 24 page book? A 24 page book would only be a 6 sheet book.
9 sheets to 19 sheets + cover (50 g/m2 to 216 g/
m2)
8 sheets to 19 sheets + cover (217 g/m2 to 256g/
m2)
8 to 14 sheets + cover (257 to 300 g/m2)
