    C458 straight lines on the scanner

    When I scan, lines appear that are sometimes blue and sometimes red, as shown in the attached image. How can I remove them?

      They are the blue lines of shame. You need to do "new" machine setup. Most important thing is to set date & time according new machine install instructions. Will see if I can find the install instructions and will post them.
