konica minolta c 3320i jam

c 3320 i getting a 1101 jam code. it seems its stuck as it leaves the tray. but hard to tell.. so about 2 months ago I replaced both feed and take up tires. then today again. it does not like a full tray of paper thats for sure.. and I l ooked at the paper take up assembly replacement it looks horrible.. are you guys getting more then 50k out of feed tires or the entire take up assy?

are the stopper gate arms just before the registration roller white? If so you need to change it, the new style have black gates and are a little longer than the white ones. Just use the manual the first time you do it after that you can figure out what corners you can cut

also look at attached bulletin but again if stopper gates are white replace the assembly

That was solution for me one time i had 1101 on C3220i.
