    [Electrical] Error Code C6751

    I have a Konica Minolta Bzhub 758, it was working fine until a power cut occurred whilst it was still in operation. Now it is displaying the Error code c-6751. Anyone ever had this issue?

      • Description:Causes:Remedy:1. Correct the harness connection between CCDB PJ3-MFPB CN9 if faulty. 2. Correct the harness connection between CCDB PJ5-SCDB CN5 if faulty. 3. Correct the harness connection between SCDB CN1-DCPU CN005 if faulty. 4. Check for possible extraneous light and correct as necessary. 5. Clean the lens, mirrors, CCD surface, and shading sheet if dirty. 6. Correct reflective mirror of the scanner if faulty, or change scanner mirror. 7. Replace SCDB 8. Replace the CCD unit. 9. MFPB F3E conduction check 10. Replace MFPB.

          Thank you for this, already went through the SM. Was hoping that maybe someone has had a similar experience to reduce the troubleshoot time and effort.

              Yes had this on 2-3 c258... reset and it works again... no calls since then.

                          I think he said trouble reset worked for him. Did you try it?
