Konica Minolta C364e - problem with color printing

Hello colleagues. I have issue with KM Bizhub C364e. When I test in service mode with halftone charts the colors are white from center (I will attach a picture). Firstly I check the developers and they looks like almost empty. I decide to change all developer materials, but without result. Then I make one (magenta) drum to try but again without result. The last thing that I was trying is to change transfer belt from another machine but no effect. Please give me advice where can be the problem. The demo page is before and after I change the developers and I change the cleaning blade of transfer belt for the dirty marks. Thanks in advance.

Did you change developer reset chips when you changed the dev powder?

make sure the density sensors are clean and check the atdc levels and do a toner add if needed to bring to levels. then do a background data reset and stabilize the perform the stabilization and all gradation scans.
if that does not help it may be because the chips were not replaced and the DV units are working at a different voltage than needed because the default was not reset with the chip.

the old stripe that was on the transfer belt sits directly over the aidc sensor in the machine and may have toner on it from spillage.
the procedure i suggested has been known to fix issues like this however thats based on the premise that the DV life matches the counter so if the chip wasnt changed it will affect the image.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Yes, I change chips, but the black chip is not detected and reset only colors developers life. All colors are near 6% level. On a background I see that only on black color is +4 on others is 0. When I make Gradation Adjustment aftes a few seconds it writes me Stabilizer NG. I think the machine can't calibrate. I clean the two sensors under transfer belt, but without result.

did you clean all the laser slit glasses?
from what i understand, all colors calibrate off of black"s aidc result so if poor black, poor results.
if it cant run gradations it may be time for new DV units IMHO.
          best of luck.

No, today I will go to clean the laser because there wasn't cleaning stick on the front door.

Black color is good, there qulity is good without problem. I changed magenta dev unit from another machine for test and the problem didn't dissapear.

it wont by itself, did you run the gradation adjustments?
