C6500 Init toner density sensor. ERROR

Hi all, I just changed the k developer to a c6500, I'm following the service manual procedure (as usual) but running the Toner density sensor initial auto. the ERROR message appears, does anyone know why it doesn't run?

May sound stupid, but have you closed the toner supply door and the front door as well when trying to run the TCR sensor initialization?

(Had this happen to me before and I was left wondering for 10 minutes straight why it wouldn't do it )

Did you by chance vacuum the developing unit without removing the tcr sensor first?

Similarly, if there is a paper jam in the machine that you are not aware of, none of the setup simulations will run. You must boot up into "Normal" mode to identify and clear the jam, THEN run setup simulations. In service mode the machine cannot display the jam condition, just "ERROR". =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
