Help needed whit 3070 press and IC-605

3070 whit no options instaled. Worked great.
Costumer experianced slow file loading, transfering from pc to the machine. It transfered files sometimes even 5 mins and sometimes it wouldnt go off by soft switch. It had old firmware g00-11 on it so i hoped it would be great whit g00-30.....well sh$t happened after update. Update(via usb isw) did gone good and 3070 rebooted bit after that controller unconnected message. Km suport told me to update ic-605 firmware to g00-30 from p1 g00-11 and p2 g00-10 too... i told them machine wont to do package (io) instal but then they advised me to instal p1 and p2 seperatly.
After instaling p1 to ver 30 and booted whit error C-D060 (controller firmware abnormality). I can see p1 has g00-30 version but p2 is showing dashes only.
i tried to manualy update p2 but i get X on firmware (not compatible??) But then they advised to force it. After update of p2 i lost p1 whit only showing dashes and error C-d070 . I tried again p1 and it updated but then i lost p2 whit C-D060..... they are out of idea so am I....
last thought was to replace all 3 hdd sonce i have workong donor machinen but i think that problem is that ic-605 have g00-30 on p1 anf not on p2. Bouth should show g00-30
    help!

Looks like Controller P should have been updated before the Image controller . I dont even see V30 listed any longer on the KM site. I could send you the latest
which is V55 for Image controller and V40 for P .
If you have the G00-11 you could try rolling it back

1.4 Precautions on rewriting the firmware
      1.4.1 ISW execution procedures
When you execute the ISW over the entire system, be sure to execute it in the following order. (To minimize the occurrence of malfunction
resulting from the mismatch of the firmware version)
      Step Type of programs
      1 Automatic Inspection (U)
      2 *1 RU (RU2), RU (R3 (1st device), R5 (2nd device)*2), RU (RU6), Multi Folder (H), Stacker (S1 (1st tandem), S2 (2nd tandem)),
Stacker (O), Saddle stitcher (B), Perfect binder (J), Stapler (N1), Saddle (K), IQ (Q1, Q2), Multi Puncher (G)*2, Ring Binder
      (M1, M2, M3)*2, Relay Board (V1 (1st device), V2 (2nd device))*2
      3 ADF (F), Scanner (L)
      4 Printer system (C)
      5 Controller (P), Browser (W), Tonic (T)
      6 Image control (I)
*1: Be sure to conduct the ISW from the terminal option in the step 2.
      Example) When the composition is made up of "LS-506 (1st tandem) + LS-506 (2nd tandem) + SD-506"
      SD-506 (B) → LS-506 (S2) → LS-506 (S1)
      *2: Not supported in Japan

It was HDD problem at the end or at least i think it was. I switched HDD from other 3070 machine and tried to update P2, it was success. Now bouth p1 and p2 had Firmware loaded and it still coded D070. Did HDD format and I booted in machine whit controller initial. It was state of happines after day and half of head bashing. I usually dont replace firmware if i dont have to and from now on i definitely wont be pushing FW whit PP products unless machine actually stops whit code

Ziggy thx on help! On infohub-KNOWA portal i have listed g00-11 V20, V23 and v30 and nothing above but ever since "Downloads" tab gone missing i wasnt happy coz u need to sit for 2 hours and search for stuff instead 10-15 mins before, SucX big time
