Thanks for getting involved. If you read my wall of text, you would see that I had replaced the CPU-B and performed the necessary FW Updates after replacements.

I have a C250i in the field that is failing to boot past 50%.
Boot diagnostics FW JIG reported dead SPI flash on CPU-B and we ordered up a replacement CPU-B.
    Issue persists after replacement.

This post was asking about the BASE-B as it was the next part in the failure chain according to the boot diagnostics. Turns out it was the STRGB the whole time and the device is now operational with its original CPUB, BASEB and TPM.

Plenty of learnings for me from this call out for sure. Will be checking the STRGB along with CPUB when I get these diagnostics going forward.

        Hi Slammers
        We're happy for your success.

But you've basically done everything you needed to. Successfully running the self-diagnostics indicates that BASEB and CPU-B are likely functional. In my opinion, the
        SPI-Flash Check:
        Result: NG
test suggesting replacing the CPUB and all that self-diagnostic software is a mistake, so "stronghold" wrote you four follow-up questions:
Your request has some nuances that we’d like to clarify:

        1. Is an **NVMe SSD** or a **microSD card** installed as the primary storage?

        - *If NVMe, what type is installed: 64-layer or 112-layer?*

        2. Does **Service Mode** boot when holding down the **Reset button** (located on the back of the display)?

        3. Have you performed **HDD formatting** (internal memory)?

        4. Have you reset the Encryption Key on the SSD using the FW JIG utility?

Many times on this forum, I've heard the suggestion to use a regular SD card instead of the STRG-B to quickly determine what's broken
