Have a goofy one. The customer is using glossy paper, 12x18 two sided. The paper is not a heavy weight 160g. What is happening is that it will run about 4 pages out and then start again and it will jam with a 3206 jam code. There is paper going into the ADU, you see the trail end from the exit door and there is a piece of paper going into the fuser. The weird thing that when it jams, sometimes the paper is in the fuser about 3 inches through and other times it has not reached the fuser. I have changed the "cleaner part" on the back of the ADU. I have cleaned the exit rollers and in the ADU. Today I am going to go and clean up the sync roller. Just wondering if there was something else to look at.
