I have this error fa14, I changed the hard drive, I formatted the hard drive, I did a vlear data, I updated the fw to Y2, I put special fw that talk about this error, and the error still persists. Can someone give me a clue to solve it?

when does it happen? at boot? when RX a print job? if so is the driver the same version? is the function version matching the FW?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

There is a slight chance it could be the board. I once had to replace the MFPB due to it throwing this error no matter how many HDD we tried. But at this point I would try another HDD if I was you.Comment

Try a brand-new HDD, that never been used, if still errors out the mfpb board.Comment
