Re: C3320i with D313 Error
The TPM board (Trusted Platform Module Board) is a security option to encrypt/decrypt confidential information.
Does your machine have the i-Option LK-116 installed? If you do, I'd start by removing it, then booting up again, to see if it can boot properly.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: C3320i with D313 Error
I used to have this exact same problem until I took my photocopier to the service. It showed me an error because it was not bought from the store, but it was a second-hand purchase. After this, I bought a brand new Konica Minolta Bizhub C300i from this store The UK's lowest priced Konica Minolta copiers which is perfect for me and for my business. I think it is the best decision I could ever make to improve my activity. This is for the starters: NEVER buy second-handed items! They'll do nothing but waste your time and money. Please take my advice; otherwise, you'll have trouble with your equipment.
