Hi All,
Bizhub C360i paper jam at the exit, Jam code 3205. I have tested trays 1 and 2 and the paper jam occurs on both trays when using A4 paper size.
Paper jams only when the user prints or copies a one sided single copy / print. And also jams at exit when the user does a double sided single copy or print.
Paper does not Jam when multiple copies / prints are made, single or double side.
I have checked paper size settings and have cleaned sensors along the vertical paper path plus the exit sensor.
Checked all Feed Rollers in trays 1 and 2 and rollers along the paper path and all are in good working condition.
Paper exit rollers have been also cleaned, rollers are still in good working condition.
May anyone out there who's rectified similar issue assist.
