    Konica minolta c360i service reset code request

    The usual 9272 4 times doesnt work which means someone has changed it, is it possible to reset it ?

    You would have to contact tech support from what I remember and they will issue a code for you to input into the machine to access service mode.

      did you try other numbers, like 9272 two times or 12345678 one or 2 times?

          A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.

                Yup, that matters. You have to stay on that screen the whole time, as each time you go to it, it will change. I won't be able to get another one until I'm back at work tomorrow, so if you have already left that screen again, go back into it, get the current code, and then stay on that screen. Codes are only good for about 24-hours, just an FYI.

                    by the way, its been 2 days i have restarted the device multiple times but the code is still the same it has not changed, its the one in post #7 that ends with AZDPB
