The usual 9272 4 times doesnt work which means someone has changed it, is it possible to reset it ?

You would have to contact tech support from what I remember and they will issue a code for you to input into the machine to access service mode. -

Yup, that matters. You have to stay on that screen the whole time, as each time you go to it, it will change. I won't be able to get another one until I'm back at work tomorrow, so if you have already left that screen again, go back into it, get the current code, and then stay on that screen.
