banner printing on a bizhub pro c754 not working

    Good day everyone,
As the title says, I have a pro c754 model that I'm trying to print a 70 * 20 cm paper sheet on. My problem is that every time I change the size in printer driver settings, microsoft publisher doesn't show said size and instead defaults to a preset one. I thought the problem might be from publisher itself so I exported the file to pdf.
The pdf file adjusts to the correct size when set, but the job order doesn't go through. To be exact, it starts to go through but then disappears after a second or two with no error.
The printer is set to banner printing.
I've seen on an another post setting paper type to thick 1+, so I thought that might be it. But the printer already sets bypass tray paper type to thick 1+.
I've also reinstalled the printer driver, but the problem persists.
So now I'm all out of ideas.
    Any pointers are appreciated.

setup another print queue with all your settings set as a default in the driver and send to that queue.
i needed to do the same many times for M$ envelope printing from the bypass.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Thanks for replying, I'm still new to all of this, can you please tell me how to set up another print queue or point me to an article or something.
I've also discovered that banner printing works if I set paper width to 21cm in driver settings, anything greater and it just deletes the job order, also peculair is that it doesn't allow me to set 20 cm for width. It changes it to 21. It allows me to set greater than that but as I said, job gets deleted.

Add a duplicate printer but call it banner.
Printer properties, printing defaults tab and set it up for the banner paper size/type and make the default settings for that queue that work and save.
Fwiw I hate publisher with a passion, it sucks to print from but great for making simple websites

When you choose the banner job choose the banner print queue.
Also unchecked any box that says let windows manage my printer if you can.
Try sending the job with no paper on the bypass tray so the message should come up to load paper and hit start. Sometimes that works too or at least see what size/type is requested on the screen.
