Hello. I have a problem with my C220 printer. I have tested cmyk colors and everything is ok. But whem I print another colors, green have a problem. Red and blue are also ok.

Everything is guesswork without proper samples and information about the consumable status / oem or not oem.....
Green is mixed with yellow and cyan.... are the test pages generated from service menu with 255 density?Comment

Would check Cyan & yellow developer units for dev powder loss. Especially if ANY drums are at "0" life left. It's usually the cyan developer loss due to ANY drum being over life.Comment

You'd have an easier time diagnosing which color is the issue with a lower density halftone, like this:If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
