ADF PROBLEMS

DI2510 closedoc feed properly indicator. If you lower the doc feed slowly some times it will work but most of the time it sttill gives error. I have ajusting the doc feeder foward and back and also the magnet on the doc feeder and the machine nothing helps any suggestions?

try doing a sensor check sounds like 1 of your sensor getting stuck

I think the doc feeder is possibly set at a skew to the platen glass. Check that the thing is parallel to the scanner.

I would agree with Minimerlin. There is a magnetic proximity switch to detect that the ADF is closed and if the ADF is sitting skew, the switch will more often than not fail to detect that the ADF is closed, Check the ADF skew.
