Try just copy and paste the image to the post.
Sometimes that works otherwise you can try to zip it or open in paint and change the size.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

When uploading click on question mark it's self explanatory. Your best bet is convert it to pdf or zip. Uploading pictures format is pain in the a.. unless you resize a lot as Synth said.

A better solution is to lower the resolution on your phone camera. Typically the forum will take images <1MB. Most newer phone cameras produce significantly larger images. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is a program which I use a lot to lower the size of image files. It is called RIOT (Radical Image Optimization Tool). you can get it here RIOT - Radical Image Optimization Tool
It is free and quick and drastically reduces the file size. You do lose a little picture quality but you can adjust the reduction to strike an acceptable balance.
This way is a bit more complicated but works well.
Reduce the image size as mentioned earlier, some may wish to remove any gps etc the file may contain.
Go to imgbb and upload. On the next page under the image is embed codes, the bbcodes section produces a full size image or a thumbnail like below
