    will this work?
    1. Press and hold the Reset key while powering the MFP ON
    2. When the black dot appears in the upper right hand portion of the screen, release the Reset key
    3. The device is now in the Trouble Reset screen
    4. Select Keypad
    5. Enter Stop 00 Stop 01
    6. If applicable input CE password 9272 4 times (Default) try twice, try 12345678.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Are you a dealer or direct? If so SSD will help you reset the CE password. I know of no other way to bypass this security feature. E

Do you get them from the KM Support People or over the LMS Website?

you don't need to be in service
You can erase all data from administrator
admin-security-data management or something like that you can select number of passes and even print a report
