    Bizhub C754e PRO fuser problem

    Hello,
I have a Bizhub C754e PRO which don't fix the toner when printing thick paper. With or without IC-414 is the same. Replaced the fusing unit, but the situation is the same.
I can slow down the fusing speed, but this not satisfy me.
Does anyone had such a problem?

Are you sure paper is within K/M specs?

    Genuine K/M toner?

If you have paper set for "thick 4" and still rubs off with a new fuser there isn't much else you can do but use a little thinner paper within K/M specs.

As last resort you can try increasing fuser temp in service mode.

You didn't mention media type, so I suspect that you aren't setting the proper media type. Additionally, the media type settings are not set in stone. For example, if your paper is 199gsm but has gloss or additional texture Thick3 might work better than Thick2. Try different settings to see the results. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
