[CQ] BH 226i Copy/Scan Overlapping Issue

It's a new BH226i MFP. Checked the Scanner Harness. Found OK. in Scan/Copy there is Overlapping in the left side. Need help and suggestion. Please find the attached Photographs of the original and copy output. Same thing happens in case of Scan also.

Thanks for your reply. But the problem occurs in scanning also. Normal print from PC is OK. Counter Print List / Demo Page is OK.

Clearly, it's an image processing error of some sort. I've seen this exact sort of defect on the PRESS 1052, which uses an LED exposure/printhead.

Most likely, there is not anything mechanically wrong with the scanner, it's the electronic image processing that is creating this fault. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

you are right, must be some sort of "software" or eletronic issue. Maybe update firmware?

Unfortunately this is low end KM B&W A3 lineup.
