    [Dead] I broke a Bizhub 458e

Hi. Noob here. I received a good, working Bizhub 458e. I work within a school board, and wanted to ship the copier to another school. I thought I was just clearing all the setting back to factory and it turns out I erased the HDD. Now all it will do is straight up copy. I believe I am looking for firmware and movie files for this? I hate to think I bricked it, but I think I did . If anyone out there could help me with this I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

Did you format the HDD in Service Mode or Admin Mode?

Do you know how to use firmware and Movie data
With all respect to your job but I feel like your story can be easily used by impertinent people coming here to rip off poor techs.
Also some of fine Gentlemens here may be more forgiving to contributors to copytechnet.

Yes I do know how. I have no intention to rip off people. Sorry you feel that way. I am just looking for help so I don't get into shit for ruining this machine

We can supply you with the firmware & animation data. This is very easy to load onto the machine.
