My latest information says to try setting fuser temp to +10 and turning off smart fusing control in Tech Rep.

This is all I can dig up on this subject. I don't believe this has been shared before, so here goes.

    Offset image from fusing unit
    Known Error

    ID: KBA00076421
    Related Products:bizhub 300i, bizhub 360i, bizhub 450i, bizhub C250i, bizhub C300i, bizhub C360i, bizhub C450i
Error: Image is offset from fusing unit.

    Root Cause
Foreign matter adhered to the surface of the thermistor chip inside the heating roller temperature sensor.
It is highly likely that this occurred because the resistance value decreased.

    Workaround/Fix
Confirm the heating roller temperature sensor.

Please review the attached, "How to check for the Heating roller temperature sensor problem" document.
For a counter measure review bullet # 3 in the attached, "Off set image for unit" document.

In addition i found, print color page is ok, print black documents mostly have this issue, all toners are genuine.

I increased fusing temperature to +5 and +10, same result, genuine toner is using.
After print 2 pages , i check fuser side temp. it dropped to 8X degree and than raised to 11X degree.
tested same method on one C224, the temp. stayed on 12X degree.

We also have a long wait to get them from KM. They simply tell us 'sorry we don't have an ETA'

    Very poor UK dealer support.

I've had that problem a couple of times on a C250i and I'm trying to get it from KM under warranty.
