I would treat this like a new install and set it up from scratch using the setup guide..You will also need to add the HDD, set the marketing area, and possibly enter the printer S/N.

I have already achieved a large part ... now I can't print, the IP is fine, it must be the interface

have you turned back on the HDD in service mode?
