Hello, i have a problem with konica minolta Bizhub c554e. I attach a photo of the problem. The machine has all the original consumable and the spare parts.

Replace yellow drum. To confirm swap yellow drum with the cyan or magenta drum and if stripe follows to that color then you know original drum is bad.

That looks like transfer belt.
If you remove it and check the cleaning unit you can see if it's that or not.

Transfer belt wouldn't only be one color.
