C308. Can someone help me with the error D341. the machine when printing from pc. It gives an error, it restarts 1 time and comes out ready to print again. I see the internal errors and it shows D341. update fw latest version and follow the error. the machine won't let me do the data recovery

CD341 nonvolatile data error
Root Cause
1. Poor connection on MFPB or data corruption
2. Corrupt Hard Drive (HDD) data.
3. Corrupt EMMC data
Workaround/Fix
1. Perform the steps outlined below.
a. Reseat all connectors on MFPB
b. Reseat HDD, EMMCB and DSIPB
c. If the above does not resolve the issue enter Service Mode -> Utility -> Counter -> Stop 00 -> Stop 01
d. Press the following keys in this order
- Stop -> 2 -> 9 -> 8 -> 2
- Touch Clear [NVRAM Clear]
Notes:
e. This clears the Nonvolatile memory information
f. Machine will automatically reboot when completed
2. Perform a Physical and Logical format of the HDD.
a Select Counter
b. Select Display Keypad
c Press Stop 00 Stop 01
d. If applicable input CE password 9272 4 times (default)
e. Press End to enter Service Mode
f. Select State Confirmation
g. Select Memory/Storage Adjustment
h. Select Format
i. Select Physical Format
j. Press the Start key
k. Once completed, power OFF MFP for at least 10 seconds and reboot
l. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 to enter Format area again
m. Select Logical Format this time
n. Press the Start key
o. Once completed, power OFF MFP for at least 10 seconds and reboot
3. Format EMMC by performing the following.
a. Press Counter
b. Select Display Keypad
c. Press Stop 00 Stop 01
d. If applicable input the CE password 9272 4 times (Default)
e. Press END
f. Select System 2
g. Select HDD
h. Select Uninstall HDD
i. Reboot the machine.
j. Enter Service Mode
k. Select State Confirmation
l. Select Memory Storage Adjustment
m. Use the > key and go to page 2 of 3
n. Select Format
o. Select Physical
p. Once the OK appears in the display, reboot the machine
q. Repeat steps 6 -8
r. Select Logical
s. Select Start
t. Once the OK appears in the display, reboot the machine -
