bizhub c224e - change of default settings - external memory

Hi all.

I'm starting to be crazy about how to change default settings for bizhub c224e when I'm scanning (saving) files to external memory.

For example I wanna make 300 DPI as my default setting.

I've checked how to do it for scan but I can't find anywhere for external memory.

scan to USB is usually the least used function so the ability to change usb scanning default DPI does not seem to be a thingas far as i can see.
its such an on-the-fly operation i dont think much thought was given to having the ability to set a default for that other than the standard 200x200

Synth is correct..I tested e series through I series, any changes to the default scan settings are overridden when scanning to USB..I searched manuals and tech support sites, I can find nothing that allows you to hold these settings. Though maybe scan to user box, then scan to USB, but that's not an option either. Good to know. E
