KONICA MINOLTA C360 model magenta stains

tcr level for magenta went to 3.29% so i was getting code 2553 . So i manually added toner by going in service menu then my copies are like this . Can anyone help me with this please.sample pdf_Page_1.jpgsample pdf_Page_3.jpg

If you cross-swap magenta and cyan drum, does this problem persist?

changed the drum once but same thing happening.

Check developer, once happened that to me I was just changing Drums but it was not that but the Developer.

If you cross-swap magenta and cyan drum, does this problem persist?

as you said i swapped magenta and cyan drum but problem persist. anyother thing i can do?? plz help

Are you using genuine Konica Minolta toner ?

yes purely genuine bcoz i had suffered a lot in my old machine due to aftermarket toner
