please wait starting system stuck screen Bizhub 1100 pro.
machine not Booting Its Look May Be Issue In NV ram ? any procedure to recover NV ram or initialization .

Any Advise Plz

Found the following

Problem
Unable to complete firmware update. After machine reboot "Please wait, initializing hard drive" message appears.

Solution
CAUSE: Possible interference occurs with HDD connected.

SOLUTION: Install firmware with HDD disconnected following this procedure
1. Power OFF the machine
2. Disconnect the 2 cables on the Overall Control Board (OACB) that connect the HDD to the machine
3. Boot directly into Service Mode
a. Hold the Utility button while powering ON the machine
4. Reflash the firmware
5. After firmware is completed the machine will reboot
6. Power OFF the machine and reconnect the HDD
7. Power ON the machine.



Problem
PROBLEM: Constant "Machine Warming Up" on the display.
No error codes are displayed, fuser lamps come on and cycle after a few minutes to maintain temperature but message wont clear

Solution
CAUSE: ADU release handle or Sensor not showing the ADU as closed and locked

SOLUTION: Check the following items and replace if necessary:
1. ADU handle release sensor PS44 P/N(9335150021)
2. Carriage Pulling Lever P/N(56UA46921)
3. Release jam label P/N(A0G6945400)
4. Lever lock Claw P/N(55VA49240)
5. Lever locking SD6 pin assy P/N(A4EUR73V00)

If it wont even boot into service mode you may have a printer control board problem.

Its Look Like Issue in Nvram As per My Calculation
Thers is special firmware Mass Production firmware Ver30 DLBT1616975EN i m looking to get that one
One other way is if i get ISWTrns_G software Its will help to resolve problem

If it wont even boot into service mode you may have a printer control board problem.
