C250i Yellow Image Missing

Hi

Having a issue with a C250i with yellow missing from prints and copies FW is latest GC2-N4 TCR Values are all correct and within the Ranges and do go up and down when test pages are printed Checked Developer and Drum Developer is getting Yellow Toner.

Have attached Demo Page for Example.

I am Thinking that it might be the HV Board but not sure

Did you emergency stop the machine to determine if there is a yellow developed image on the primary transfer belt? =^..^=

Yeah no yellow on Transfer belt also Gradation Pages CMYK no yellow is on belt or on the test pages.

Checked Developer roller and plenty of yellow showing on the roller not not grainy.

Check carefully ribbon cable to PH unit. Had one damaged from the factory.

Or first transfer roller on the belt. Does it move, is it broken and not able to touch the yellow drum?

same issue on one C224e, repaired connect pins of that cable and fixed.

Hello there !

We are having the same problem with a C250i , which only done 2k so far .
The yellow is totally missing even after the drum , developer, transfer belt and the HV-panel replaced .
I got some hint from Konica Minolta to change the Laser unit which will happen next week .
I ll update u with the result

Yes have tried the HV Unint aswell but made no difference still no yellow

Are you getting the P- Code for Yellow Drum & Dev Error aswell ?

Have also got a Laser Unit on ordered as advised this maybe the issue will update once fitted to see if it fixes or if you get your one fixed before I do would be curious to know if it does fix the fault.

Check the ribbon cable to the laser unit, we've got one damaged from factory and one of colors missing totally.

All been checked ribbon cables all OK been reseated and checked no issue with pins or any damage

Happened to me too, replaced laser group!
