Accuriopress C4070 - IC-609-Connection issue(controller unconnected)

I'm experiencing a connection issue with KM IC-609 to the machine Controller, it shows unconnected and all the admin and service mode functions are inaccessible.
Initially, the client said that the controller does not connect sometimes, but when they keep trying to restart it would come back and work normally for a few days,
This time the controller rarely connects to the machine and stays in initiation for a long time, when we press the controller button on service mode or admin mode it stays on a blank screen forever, we wanted to do the firmware upgrade but the controller does not connect to machine or inaccessible state.

Pls let me know your thoughts.

No, it's not reachable through the network as well

you may have to reinstall the fiery system (system software)
hopefully yours came with all the disks?

This is not a Fiery Controller, IC-609 is a Konica Controller, it does not have the option to reinstall as we do it for Fiery

what firmware version is on the controller and or copier?
latest controller "firmware" is G00-50 IC-609 IC-607_C4080_P_G00_50.zip
controller firmware is over 2 Gb, i have to think its like the old ic-601 where the firmware is the system software.
please enlighten me if im way off, i cant even find a service manual for that controller.
i think the "P" firmware gets loaded in ISW?

G00 50 for C4070 firmware has been loaded into the machine, and the Controller IC-609 firmware has been downloaded, but as the controller is unconnected the machine cannot detect the controller firmware details.

I have the service manual for IC-609 as per the direction I plugged the USB with firmware into the controller's service port but the ISW package cannot detect the USB plugged into the Controller because the controller is in unconnected state.

IC-610, IC-609 or IC-607 "Now initializing controller"message is displayed after power ON and the controller is not connected.
Solution
CAUSE: Firmware requires updating.

SOLUTION: Install the following firmware based on controller.

• GCQ-40 or newer IC-610 AccurioPress C12000/C14000
• GCQ-40 or newer IC-609/607 AccurioPress C4070/C4080/C7090/C7100/AccurioPrint C4065
• GCR-50 or newer IC-610 AccurioPress C12000/C14000
• GCR-50 or newer IC-609/607 AccurioPress C4070/C4080/AccurioPrint C4065

Note: Firmware version G00-50 does not include this correction.

I downloaded the firmware, but I'm not able to load it into the machine as the controller shows unconnected, even after several restarts it does not reach to "now initializing" state for me to update the firmware in ISW.

Is there any way to establish the connection between the machine and the controller

I have tried as per the above direction, but even after enabling the recovery mode (DIPSW 4:0 to 1), ISW mode does not highlight the P0 to P5 to press in recovery options. pls see the attached image I have taken while doing this

double check the wiring between controller and body. and the interface board if any.
was a hdd changed or formatted?

dont you have to highlight usb isw first so it sees what s on the stick that is able to be installed?

also i would repeat the procedure a couple times.
