    Diagonal fuzzy lines through colours

Have a C308 thats putting fuzzy looking lines through halftones.

in the last month every consumable was replaced due to non genuine toner ruining the devs.
so no part is consumed more than 5%

Compared to the same copier in other part of office and that one prints fine.

Going to try the laser first

Did you do a gradation after replacing the consumables? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That does seem like it could be the laser. We've had a number of the 8-series machines with strange and unusual laser issues; way more than any other model to date. If you don't count the laser problems of the C203/C253/C353 machines that is...

My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

          +1 on PH unit (laser).
