    BIZHUB 205i- SERVICE /CE MODE PASSWORD

    Hi guys,

    The mentioned machine had displayed this "MAINTENANCE CALL M2."

    I tried to enter service mode so I can reset the IU counter but unfortunately, I wasn't able to enter service mode. The machine was asking for the password.
    I entered --Utility--STOP--0,0--STOP--0--1 and instead of going straight into the service mode, its asking for a password. I tried 000000,927292 but still access denied.
    Did anyone come across this same issue?

    Will really appreciate your kind assistance.

      If you haven't all ready locked out service mode by entering wrong one to many times the service password is 9272927292729272. But if you have entered the service password to many times wrong then your screwed unless you have access to Konica Minolta tech support

          The maximum password digit is 6 figures (The KM default password is 16 figures which you had stated above).
          The control panel button features of this Bizhub 205i looks similar to the Bizhub 195 & 206. But the Bizhub 205i has CE password while the other two old model doesn't.

          I've watch the youtube videos regarding this model but most doesn't have CE /service mode password. They were straight forward .Utility-STOP-0-0-STOP-0-1 and they're in service mode.

              Hello,

              in SM you'll find:
              ce.jpg
              In case you cannot access service menu, the password has to be reset. - Need to contact tech support.
              There is no way to bypass (afaik).
