    Tiny dots on output prints

    sample2.jpgsample1.jpg

    Good day,

We have encountered a problem wherein there seems to be very tiny dots on the output paper, it can only be seen under a loupe or magnifier.
The effect on the paper is that it became darker when it is being laminated on UV. It is darker compared to a paper with no print.

What could be the cause of these tiny dots? Tiny dots seemed to be of color CMYK, but K is most dominant from my opinion.

I have attached samples to better understand the problem

    regards,
    Marlon29

The model # would help as well as the consumable life counters, etc? Also if using aftermarket toners, drums, etc?

Machine model is Accurio Press C4070, and it is newly installed.
Consumables and toners are new ( from KM)
