C500: lines alond paper

need help :-(

i got a lines and blurred image along the print, it looks like mechanical scratches.

i already try to change drums, charge wire assy, belt unit, dev. unit, and transfer roler and i try to change fuser line speed - no effect

Are you using OEM toners/developers/drums?

drums are katun, other is OEM.

i trying to replace all parts, wich can do this lines - drums, dev. units, charge assy, belt unit, transfer roller. rollers in fuser are in ideal condition.

and i try to make fuser line speed adjustment - no effect.

it was a deformed (folded) clear film under lowest drum.

maybe i fold it when replace drum :-(

it touch the belt and leave this tracks.

check mylar by secondary tranfer roller for wavyness
