    Hi Plus copy
Many thanks for your reply, we are develop main dealers and have access to the v care solution but wanted to see if the toner nearly empty was an option on the c250i range as it has suddenly appeared in the options on the c3320i and c3350i machine ranges as well as waste box nearly full, we were asking to see if anyone knew which dipswitch would make this appear as the firmware will be pretty much the same for both machines

Bizhubfixer can you show us where You've seen that? I just tried on C251i and notification are the same as on C250i. No "toner near empty" nor "WTB near full".

There was a tool somewhere that you could use to compare the sw switch. I just searched but I can't remember where I saw this tool.
That would be very helpful now to check the c3351i.

Bizhubfixer Can you send me the .csv from a c3351i output list system parameters?

                  I tried - Set Software SW No.210 (bit 4)
It wouldn't even save the change. Checked the latest 3351i and it didn't have the near empty /near full options.
                  Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

Looks like nothing but speculation until we don't see it.
