    Bizhub C454e error C-C140

    Hi All ,

    customers from us report a error after unexpected power off of the machine Bizhub C454e. Error is C-C140 we dont find solution in the service manual. Any suggestions? Seems is some communication error between PRCB, MFP and Nvram.

          Hi All,

          we fix it somehow using recovery tool file. Strange is that total counter is 0 and all settings was reset it as Clear all data do. Anyway i want to know what is the reason about this code.

              Could it be the battery is weak? Weak batteries on the older 4 series can cause a lot of strange issues. Just throwing it out there.

                  I'll second the battery theory. This sounds like what happens when the battery is dead and the machine looses power.
                  A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
                  My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

                      The battery was 2.92V, i think working on limit, anyway we change it for security .
