I was wondering if anybody has the codes for all the Dip Switch settings for the Konica Minolta C7000. I am looking to trouble shoot a C-3102 code and would like to test some parts to see if I can track down the issue. Thanks

Re: Konica Minolta C7000
(1) Symptom
Fusing motor abnormality, C-3102 occurs
(2) Cause
After using for certai nperiod, the one-way clutch worn and slipping occurs. Consequently, the drive is not conveyed and error code occurs.
(3) Solution
Replace respective gear to new one. Replacement cycle is around 900,000 prints.
(a) Failed location
• SC code: C-3102
• Location: Fusing drive part
• Part number: A03U809311 Times 3
• Part name: Fusing drive gear/ M 22T
There are three one-way drive gears in the fuser drive and a shaft that needs to be replaced the part number for the shaft is A03U725800. Its been a while since I've worked on one of these but if memory serves me right this is all you should need to solve your problem. Just pay close attention on the orientation of the gears as they come off.
If cost is not a problem you can get the whole drive assembly that mounts on the front of the fuser part number

Re: Konica Minolta C7000
Thank you both for replying! However I have 2 complete fuser units that were fully operational before the C-3102 code came up. When I start up the machine it starts normally with the conveyance starting to rotate normally and then the machine goes into the C-3102 code. The fuser motor doesn't even seem to start up or rotate. Again, both fuser units were operating normally before this issue. That is why I was hoping to test the fuser motor with a DipSW setting to make sure the fuser motor is getting power. Any thoughts?? Do either of you know what how to test the motor (M29) or the fusing release home sensor (PS16) with a DipSW setting? Thanks again for any help you might have.Comment

Re: Konica Minolta C7000
Or to test certain parts would it be an I/O setting not a DipSW setting? I think I said that wrong.Comment
