I am experiencing an issue with my bizhub c368 at my workplace.
Initially, I attempted to print using the Konica Minolta mobile print app on my Samsung Galaxy S21 but was unsuccessful.
Subsequently, when trying to scan via email, I received a "server connection error" message, which I have attached an image of.
I want to mention that I did not modify any settings prior to encountering this issue.
