Bizhub 363 Copy Print Quality

38K count. Looks like smear from drum. Clean it and it get worst. Should we just replace the drum, wiper and developer or the entire DR411? i recall on our 350, we had to replace them all to get a clean copy

Looks like like the IU ate some of sponge from below the registration unit. Any sticky stuff on the drum? Remove the sticky degraded sponge.
Otherwise it looks like cleaning blade failure.

drum wipes clean and no scratch. no sticky stuff. The toner line that form on the drum does feel a little more stick than normal. Wipes off with a little more effort. Should i replace the cleaning blade, drum and developer and keep the same case or just the cleaning blade?

remove the waste toner cover on the drum unit and clean it all out first, see if problem still exists.

Most likely rebuilding the Image unit with a new drum, cleaning blade & developer will fix it. I would also check the fuser rollers. Most common 2 things that cause quality issues with that model are the Image unit or fuser. Make sure to reset drum & dev counters before replacing parts in Image unit.
Also best to order the dev mag roller spacers and replace when rebuilding drum unit.

Clean drum unit (not the drum itself), and replace cleaning blade (it is bent due to age).
Replace with OEM blade from bizhub 195/215/226/246...
It is the same. It is not listed as separate part for 423 series.

Hans you see under the picture of SpongeBob there is small sheriff's badge, you click on it and either approve(give rep up) or disapprove (deduct rep). If you want to report illegal activity to Admin you can click on triangle badge and report to admin.

thanks for your help. replacing the cleaning blade fix the problem. The drum was also caked with used toner.

the transfer roller has toner and developer embedded in it.
replace it.
or the fuser/oil roller is filthy.
