i get a the error failed to get information from the firmware server
i tried to use http and ftp, the http one is operatron.com/card_work

ive done it with a crossover cable and a local FTP site on my laptop direct to the machine, been a looooong time.
the doc i posted lists the errors and the procedure.
i think i used ftp://x.x.x.x/thames25_cf.tar.gz or whatever the name was.
i made the ftp root drive the card_work folder.
extract the firmware until you see the thames25 file. thats the folder that is indicated in the path.
