I got a C458 with code D011, its a fairly simple error, but in this case is not the HDD, I already swap between machines, formatted both options (of course), put a brand new one, replace the sata and power cable, replace SSD for a factory reset one(maybe a "new" machine would solve the problem
), used the TAR reset(even with de 3x strike like in TPM case), but always ended in D011, the machine only works with HDD turned off in System 2. Im afraid that is like the C754e/C654, or you have the specific firmware or is a dead MFPB, also this is a imported machine, already arrived in this condition, so I dont know any previusly information or context about this equipament 
I have tried a couple dozen base firmwares, but none of these solve the problem, I do not have access to Konica website, I have the service manual, but not the "all solutions" to tell me what special firmware I need. Can someone please send me the bulletin so I can at least know what firmware I need?
