    BH-3320/4020 amount of toner

Anyone knows the amount/weight of toner inside the toner cartridges Type TNP-41/43 for the bizhub 3320/4020 series, or at least how many pages at 5%, please?
Cannot find it in the machine specifications, but like to know it for refilling purposes.

Thanks, but I would like to know the actual weight inside the cartridge. I'm refilling these cause the toner is here locally extremely expensive, and I have 20 kg of it and the chips as well. Easy money for 15 minutes work........

Competitor says 10k for the TNP41/43 Cartridges, but I would like to know how much toner this is in grams.
The cartridges can hold up to 500 gr toner or even more, but I do not want to give away unnecessary toner.

Hans if you have a box of toner weight should be marked on cardboard. Measure empty toner and do the math

Sure I know, but I have no boxes. Only empty cartridges, and don't want to buy one only to know the amount of toner in it. It's horrible expensive here, one cartridge with a range of 10K costing over 120 Euro's and more for original toner and around 80 Euro's for after market. Same price for the Lexmark pendant. Those little bizhubs are rebadged Lexmarks. I like them most of the time, but the toner is too expensive.

Wasn't able to find the weight so answered your 2nd question "or at least how many pages at 5%, please?"

With the profit made on refilling toner does it matter if it's over filled some? Just leave enough room / air so mechanism inside can stir toner properly.

If we had any I would be happy to report the weight but fortunately we don't. Lexmark isn't exactly my flavour. We have a few 4050 and they are OK-ish but nothing I would love to maintain.

just asking, if you charge by the page then the volume in the bottle is irrelevant right?
im just trying to follow. ive never been an indi.

Agree I have a few of the "Lexmark" Biz 4750 and they run ok if in the right office (low volume use). Unfortunately I would take the Lexi over any Kon/Min small machine! It's a real shame Kon/Min can't design their own good small model. What the hell at least copy Kyocera small machine design, they are decent. Manufactures steal designs / technology from each other all the time. But just sell a decent small machine

Yes and no, for my rentals it doesn't matter indeed, but some toners are being sold. One of those customers is a very large medical company, and they are cheapo's. Don't want to give them one gram of toner for free......

Unfortunately I would take the Lexi over any Kon/Min small machine!
                    +1!
I have one BH-4020 with now over 650K and still going strong for 7 years!

Just measured one OEM TNP-44 for you and it shows 900 grams for whole full cartridge without box.
I have some replacement aftermarket TNP-44 and it is little bit lower, about 870 grams.

If you decide to refill, don't forget about the MT Starter metallic powder that needs to be removed from the development unit during the refilling process.
