Hi, since Microsoft Windows update the scan to e-mail funtion isn't working
maybe some authentification problem
do you have any suggests?

scan to SMB then email from your PC.
use gmail with an application code to bypass higher TLS requirements?
you can try to teach an old dog new tricks or just get a better trained dog

then they need to upgrade to a machine that supports the current security protocols.
you cant be responsible when a machine has outlived its supported protocols.

even konica SD card writing software wont work past windows XP.

its just simply obsolete by todays standards, your customers have to understand the concept and keep up. its not your fault when M$ or Google raise the bar on security standards.

What are they using for an email server? Is it their own or a service like Office365 or Gmail?

I have several of these models that can scan to Gmail..The trick is to follow the recommendation to move to 2FA. DO NOT enable HTTPS. The browser certificate is not secure enough. These settings will still work....
