Bizhub 601 no tray lift 1/2, 3/4 read A3 (US model)

Only the bypass tray works. There was a paper jammed behind Tray 1, cannot get any main trays to function. Sockets seem clear of debris.
Is there a reset that may help, or is there some lift motor board that may be responsible. Not too familiar with these units.

try soft switch 18 bits 0-7 should all be 0
0-2 for main trays but just thought id put that info out there.

The reset procedure is , turn off the sw2, located on the control panel. While holding down the utility/ counter key,turn sw2 on,continue holding the utility/ counter key, until you see a black dot. Now you can release. Should boot to an alternative screen that will display"reset". Tap this softkey to highlight it. Now, power cycle normally, turning off both switches. Your trays should reappear, or you'll get a new message with an error, if there are further problems.
